RECOVERY ROOM EAST & WEST

A: This property is a duplex. Each side accommodates 16 people. There is a shared pool and shared access to the beach. Typically, while one family is enjoying the pool, the other will be at the beach.

A: There is a limited supply (~2 day supply) of trash bags and dishwasher soap, and one new roll of toilet paper is provided – you will likely need to bring more of these. There are chests on the pool deck filled with some beach toys and supplies (boogie boards, floats, etc.); however, we do advise that you bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, and any other beach toys. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, including a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, KitchenAid mixer, crockpot, and blender. You will need to bring your own coffee filters.

A: We always recommend Goin’ Coastal Beach Service: www.goincoastalnow.com. They provide rentals/setup for beach chairs, umbrellas, canopies, and even coastal corn-hole for 3 or 7 day rentals! You will need to reserve in advance.

A: During the summer months (End of May – Beginning of September) it is a 7-night minimum. Reservations during off-season months (September – May) may be booked with a 3-night minimum.

A: Yes! There is one for each side of the duplex.

A: The pool is heated via solar panels; therefore, the warmth of the water is based upon the amount of sunny days we have.

A: Yes, the pool is shared with both sides. You also share access to the beach and the carport under the house – there is enough space for 2 cars under the carport for each side.

A: Yes, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee and your pet must be house broken.

A: Yes, there is one provided as long as the previous guests have not stolen it.

A: Please refer to www.gulfshoresal.gov for current burn bans and fire prevention & safety.

A: Yes, there is a large charcoal grill and picnic area under the raised parking area.

A: No smoking indoors, please.

A: There are two covered parking spots for each side, and about 3 more cars can fit behind those (total of about 5 cars per side).

A: If the beaches are mandated to be closed or travel restrictions are enforced, we will work with you on a refund.

BILOXI BREEZE

A: There is one designated parking spot in the garage. You may also park in the open parking lot – you will need to get a parking pass from the front desk.

A: This property may be rented with a 3-night minimum.

A: No smoking indoors, please.

A: Yes, it is a drip coffee maker.

A: Sorry, no pets allowed.

A: If travel restrictions are enforced due to COVID-19, we will work with you on a refund.

GRANBURY GETAWAY

A: You cannot access the water from the property and swimming is not allowed in the canal. The property is about a mile and a half from Granbury Beach, where there is public boat access along with activities such as paddle boarding and jet skis. Take a look at www.visitgranbury.com.

A: There is a maximum of 4 parking spots – 2 cars can park in the allotted covered carport and 2 cars may be parked in the designated spots in the driveway. If there are any more cars, you can park on the street, just be respectful of our neighbors and do not block their driveways – you will be towed!

A: This property may be rented with a 2-night minimum.

A: No smoking indoors, please.

A: The grill is propane.

A: Sorry, pets are not allowed due to carpeted rooms.

A: Yes, you will need to bring your own sheets. There is also a highchair available.

A: If travel restrictions are enforced due to COVID-19, we will work with you on a refund.

ALL PROPERTIES

A: There are no holds on properties. If you book your reservation and are more than 60 days out from your dates, you may cancel with a 100% refund. However, if you are within those 60 days, you will not get a refund.

A: Yes, we offer a 5% discount on stays for 7+ nights, and an 8% discount on stays for 28+ nights.

A: You must be 25 years or older. This primary renter must attend the vacation.

A: Yes, as long as no damage is done to the property, you will receive the deposit back within 1-2 weeks.

A: You will receive an email with access instructions for our keyless door and WiFi information 3 days prior to your arrival. If you book within 3 days of your arrival, you will receive them immediately.
